A 20-year real estate veteran, Rachel was among the first 150 U.S. delegates licensed to sell real estate in Dubai, representing developments in Dubai, Japan, Texas, and Mexico. Her international experience provides her with a unique perspective, bridging opportunities across markets. She is also a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, with additional designations including Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and NAR’s Short Sale Resource certification.

Known for her strong negotiation skills and exceptional service, Rachel has built lasting relationships, resulting in lifelong clients and a robust referral network. A dedicated advocate for sustainable homeownership, she has served on the AREAA EDGE founding committee and the NAHREP Reno Board of Directors and remains active in AREAA, NAHREP, VNARP, and AREAA Global. She also earned a certificate from Harvard Business School’s Launching New Ventures program and was recognized as a notable founder of the prop-tech startup Leverage Finder.

Outside of real estate, Rachel is committed to rescue animals, live music, and creative pursuits like stand-up comedy, film, and writing—having performed at venues such as The Comedy Store and Cap City. An avid Bay Area sports fan, she also enjoys tennis, golf and spending time with family, friends and her beloved pug, Eddie, while exploring great food and the outdoors in Austin, Los Angeles, and Lake Tahoe.

Patty is a longtime Tahoe local who grew up in Santa Cruz and later lived in San Mateo County before settling in Tahoe—a place she feels fortunate to call home. She raised her daughter here, who is now her business partner, bringing her great joy. With a background in development, Patty works seamlessly with local agencies and has a deep understanding of investing in resort communities.

A realtor for 20 years, Patty is known for her thorough property research and her ability to find the perfect property for her clients. A skilled negotiator with a “get stuff done” attitude, she maintains a warm, welcoming presence that puts clients at ease. Her project management experience and commitment to exceptional customer service result in lifelong client relationships and repeat business.

Outside of real estate, Patty enjoys spending time with her rescue pug, Daisy, and walking near the water. An avid traveler, she loves visiting Todos Santos and spending time at her second home in West LA. Above all, she treasures exploring the outdoors and discovering new places.
